NO to RH Bill

At first I was RH Bill Supporter, Why not they say it is the solution to the poverty, anything that helps our Government to be better is always good. But recently I have watch a debate, a UP Student  Ask "How we can be sure that this bill will be the solution for increasing poverty in our Country?" he added as he begins to study the bill he found out that this is not the answer. I begin to doubt at my stand, at first, i search for the RH bill, read  it (sobrang haba, di ko din ma gets ung iba). After reading it (http://jlp-law.com/blog/full-text-of-house-bill-no-5043-reproductive-health-and-population-development-act-of-2008/) some how i know what inside, it is a family planning and sex education, well specified, So whats wrong about it?, then i heard a senator said we already have a program regarding family planning and it is currently a source of corruption in DOH. (sabi ko sa sarili ko... oo nga noh, may family planning  pala ang DOH). so i look for it (http://www.doh.gov.ph/programs/family_planning/profile.html) then read again, It is almost the summary of RH bill without the Sex education, so  i search again i found out that Dep Ed had its own Plan to in Sex education (http://www.deped.gov.ph/cpanel/uploads/issuanceImg/jun8-sex.pdf). I begin to ask do we need something we already have? The problem is not about the Bill the problem is the implementation, if this program of DOH and Deped is properly implemented, then were not discussing now the RB bill.

Madami siguro mag tataas nang Kilay, Pero kahit sabihin pa nilang bobo si Manny Pacquao, at isa syang impokrito, may point sya, Hinde Population ang problema nang bansa,at hinde ito ang ugat nang kahirapan. Ang problema ay ang gobyerno at edukasyon, sa dami nang ahensya natin ilan ba dito ang walang corruption, ilan ba dito ang ginagawa nila ang trabaho nila, ilan bang congressman, senator ang di nang papa ka sasa sa Pork barrel nila. Kahit di ako mag survey alam natin pag ang isang tao ay nakatapos at nakapag aral mas napag iisipan nya nang mabuti ang pag papamilya, mas napag hahandaan, walang masama sa pag kaka roon nang madaming anak, magiging masama lang ito kung ang magulang ay walang kakayahan na mapag aral ang kanilang mga anak, Di natin kaylangan turuan ang mga kabataan na gumamit nang pills o condom, para mawala ang kahirapan. kaylangan lang nila maka tuntong sa paaralan. daming lugar sa pilipinas na walang School kung meron man, ito ay ka lunos lunos. Buti pa ang Eat Bulaga nang dodonate nang Library sa mga school, NO to RH Bill kasi meron na tayo nito, NO to RH bill kasi di ito dapat ang pinag aaksayan nang panahon nang mga mang babatas, No to RH bill, Kasi YES to NO Corruption, and Yes To Education, madaming Congressman na favor sa RH bill nag sasabi na ito nga ang sagot sa kahirapan. Naranasan ba nilang maging mahirap? dapat tanungin natin ung mga taong nakaranas nang kahirapan at nag tagumpay. Is not about the church and state it about us, Us who should learned from our past, masakit man but Pilipinos Never Learned!!!!!
